Annual Maintenance Contract

AMC is designed for customers who require regular maintenance support and technical assistance, while managing spare parts and consumables separately. IGB provides engineering support to maintain system performance through scheduled servicing and on-demand repair assistance.

Service Coverage

The contract includes preventive maintenance visits, breakdown support, remote assistance, and engineering labor for service execution. Spare parts and consumables are not included and are supplied separately as required.

Maintenance Approach

Routine preventive maintenance is carried out to ensure systems remain functional and stable. In case of equipment failure, the issue is diagnosed and repaired, with replacement parts quoted separately based on requirement.

Support & Execution

Support begins with technical assessment, often conducted remotely, followed by on-site intervention where necessary. This ensures efficient use of time and resources while maintaining system uptime.
