The system integrates two powerful workflows: Teton™ CytoProfiling for in situ spatial co-detection of RNA, proteins, and cellular morphology, and Cloudbreak™ sequencing for high-quality next-generation sequencing on flow cells. With dual independent flow cells, AVITI24 supports concurrent multiomics and sequencing runs with flexible, asynchronous start times, maximizing efficiency and throughput.
