Workflow:

The NGStrack reagents consist of an extensive consist of an extensive set of 34 indel markers across 18 chromosomes along with an X/Y marker. NGStrack can be combined with NGSgo HLA samples on the same flow cell. So a major advantage is that you can perform your HLA typing and chimerism testing in one sequencing run.
