Why MX11-3?
NGSgo-MX11-3 is GenDx’s multiplex whole-gene amplification strategy covering 11 HLA loci: HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DRB3, -DRB4,
-DRB5, -DQA1, -DQB1, -DPA1 and -DPB1. The design uses three amplification mixes, balancing broad coverage with manageable laboratory handling.
From DNA to Amplicon Pool
The three mixes are amplified using a common cycling strategy and then pooled for downstream library preparation.
